Terms of Service (TOS)
Payment* Payments are accepted via PayPal or kofi only.
* All prices are in EURO (€).
* You must pay 50% upfront before the sketch, and the remaining 50% after approval of the sketch.
* Exceptions: YCH and line commissions must be paid in full upfront.Usage & AI Policy* My artwork is strictly for personal use unless discussed otherwise.
* You are NOT allowed to use my art for AI training, datasets, or any AI-related purposes.References* A clear reference sheet is required.
* If you do not provide a clear reference, additional fees may apply, unless you are commissioning me to create a reference sheet.What I Can / Cannot Draw* I can draw most species.
* I may have difficulty with:* Humans
* Female body types
* Very muscular body typesNSFW Content* NSFW commissions are allowed, but you must ask first.
* I will NOT draw certain content (e.g. scat, fart, diapers, etc.).Client Behavior* Please be respectful.
* If you are rude, disrespectful, or put excessive pressure on me, I reserve the right to blacklist you.Turnaround Time* My speed depends on the complexity of the commission and my personal life.
* I do not work full-time as an artist.
* Some commissions may be completed the same day if they are simple and my schedule allows it.Delays & Refunds* If your commission takes longer than 2 months, I will either:* Offer a refund, or
* Provide compensation along with your artwork.Communication* Please give clear and detailed descriptions of your request.
* Be patient — English is not my first language, and I may sometimes need clarification.By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
